I had a great experience with this auto repair shop. From start to finish, Michail Ivanov was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. He did an excellent job assessing the damage and making sure my vehicle was repaired properly and safely. I truly appreciate the communication, quality of the work, and care he put into getting my vehicle back in great condition. My car looks and feels great again! I highly recommend Michail Ivanov and this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and reliable auto repair services. Excellent service from beginning to end!

I was recently in an accident when a pickup truck ran into the back of my BMW when I was stopped. Prior to this crash, my car was in perfect condition, so I had it towed to Classic Collision based on prior experience with them. I am very particular about my vehicles and was worried it would not look and drive great after being repaired. My entire experience with Classic Collision in Alpharetta was excellent. Jamin was my estimator and he kept me informed via texts and phone calls as to my car's status. I contacted him when the work was in progress so I could see my vehicle and the work being done. He obliged immediately and showed my exactly how the repairs were being performed. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional when it comes to customer communication. When I picked up my car after the repairs were completed, I was thrilled to see it once again looks amazing! I am totally satisfied with Classic Collision.

The customer service at Classic Collision was amazing! They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, and I've never felt better informed about the status of my vehicle. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. There is no other company I would trust with my vehicle. I've used Classic Collision many times over the years, and they have consistently delivered exceptional service and quality repairs. Fantastic experience! I brought my car by for accident repairs as they were in network with my insurance. Michael, my estimator was excellent! He kept me and my insurance posted on repair progress. They also were in sync with Enterprise to ensure the rental was brought over shortly after I arrived. The finished product was stellar and professional! It exceeded my expectations. If I ever am in need of their services or know someone who is, there will be no hesitation in coming back. This is how it's done!

I only trust Classic Collision (the location off of S Main Street, specifically) with my vehicle. Same goes for my whole entire family. When it comes to my car, I don’t mess around and I definitely won’t go anywhere else even if their pricing is less. We’ve been going to Classic Collision since it first opened (years ago!) and they’ve never disappointed. They’re thorough with their work and they’re knowledgeable about all types of vehicles (European, American, Japanese, etc.) and they know what they’re doing when it comes to repairing them. They’ve never price gouged us, or come up with extra “issues they’ve found”, unlike some other companies. We are so grateful for their service. Nothing can beat the feeling of coming to pick up your car when it’s all fixed and ready to drive! It’s like getting a new car all over again! Also, this most recent time, Spencer was the best! He was so great at keeping me in the loop of the progress and even from the moment I dropped my car off to get fixed, he was attentive and was able to notice damage that I hadn’t even seen! He was so easy to talk to and work with! I felt 100% comfortable knowing that my vehicle was in his hands. So, thank you so
